Wow I have been bad about blogging yet again- here are a couple pics of Miss Gin to catch up-

Christmas pics!

This was our 2nd Christmas with Ginger- so hard to believe! Time flies when you're having fun. She has brought so much joy to our lives. :)

Putting up the tree

We got her the Ginormous Hide-a-Squirrel tree.. she loves it and so far only 2 squirrels have been scalped. I remedied that problem quickly by cutting off their little tufts of hair. Problem solved. lol  She also got some Christmas-y rawhide chews from Grandma and Grandpa. :) She had a very merry Christmas indeed! :)

Gosh, I guess I should re-title the blog "Ginger Hardly Any Day" huh? So sorry.. I will try to do better in the future!

Hard to believe as of the 6th Ginger will have been with our family a whole year. It doesn't seem like that long.  Here are a few photos to catch up..

She has taken to sitting behind me on our chaise lounge chair- in this first photo she laid her head between the cushion and my back..

Was so excited today to find this Mr. Bill doll on clearance at Target- I really had been wanting to get her one but they were $7 -$9 and I couldn't see spending even that on something she may (probably) tear up.. well this one was just a bit over $2 so I snatched it up. :)  So far she has only torn his mouth off. He seems pretty sturdy so we'll see how it goes.

Sorry some are so dark- sometimes if I use the flash in our living room they are almost too bright.

Gin is one!

I know, I didn't post on her birthday.. to be honest we didn't really do much. I know that's bad but we had good reasons.  One, no money really, though she did get some presents the day before. I had ordered her a couple of antlers and a new Kong from Petco and it came in right before her birthday. Also, we never really celebrated our old dog Wolf's birthday.  Even though he was a family dog he was kind of my husband's baby and I didn't want to do something really special and he get upset cause we never did anything like that for Wolf.  But we still tried to make her feel special all day. I was disappointed I didn't have any party hats left from the kids' birthdays or anything. Anyway, on with a pic or two. :)

We have a big chaise lounge chair and Ginger usually sits on it with me at night- but sometimes she just peeks at me from the floor-

 

And I don't have many pics of Gin collar-less- I am to afraid she will bolt out the door the one time I leave it off.  So here is one- I took it tonight after her bath when she was at her fluffiest. :)

 

Ginger and the big hoof

 

We usually get Ginger the small hooves, but the pet store was out, except for the filled ones-and we don't really want to get her those.. so we thought this one would keep her busy for a while. She has gone through the top surprisingly fast- so Rob broke off one of the halves of the hoof and just gave her that.  We're waiting on a Petco order with some antlers and a new Kong cause she finally chewed through the fabric on hers.

 

Lately she has taken to getting on the back of our chaise lounge chair while I am sitting in it-

she so reminds me of a cat sometimes. :)
